ST. PATRICKS DAY PISTACHIO CAKE

1 white cake mix
1 c. oil
1 c. water
3 eggs
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9 x 13-inchpan.

FROSTING:

8 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1 c. milk

Mix well. Spread over cooled cake.
